Custom software for nonprofits
Volunteer schedules, donated-goods inventory and board reports, in one app built around how your organization works.
Most nonprofits we meet run on sign-up sheets, spreadsheets and a donor system nobody can get numbers out of. We replace the spreadsheets, connect to the systems you already pay for, and give your volunteers an app they will actually use.

Volunteers and shifts
Volunteers see open shifts on their phones, claim one and get a reminder the day before. Staff see who is coming, check people in at the door, and know who served and for how long, without a spreadsheet. More on the volunteer scheduling app.
Donated goods and supplies
Log donations as they arrive and distributions as they leave. Know what is on the shelves, what is running low and what went out last month, by program or location. More on donated goods inventory.
Impact and board reports
Reports built from the work your staff and volunteers already log, alongside your donor system: Bloomerang, Salesforce Nonprofit, DonorPerfect or Little Green Light. The numbers your board and funders ask for stop taking days to put together. More on impact and board reports.
Start small
Start with the one that hurts most, as a fixed-price first module sized for a tight budget and a board approval. Add the rest when you are ready. It all lives in one app. Already using a product? See SignUpGenius, VolunteerHub and Bloomerang Volunteer or Airtable compared.
Paying for it
Many foundations fund technology and operations upgrades, often as capacity-building grants. We can help you describe the project for an application.
Questions
Can a grant pay for this?
Often. Many foundations fund technology and operations upgrades, sometimes called capacity-building grants. We can help you describe the project for an application, and phase the work to fit the grant cycle.
Will it work with our donor system?
Usually. Bloomerang, Salesforce Nonprofit, DonorPerfect and Little Green Light all offer ways for other software to share data with them. We confirm what yours allows during Discovery.
Do volunteers have to download an app?
No. Volunteers can use it in a web browser on any phone. An App Store and Google Play app costs extra, if you want one.
Do you work with churches and ministries?
Yes. Ministry headquarters, churches and faith-based organizations have the same volunteer, inventory and reporting problems as any nonprofit.
What does it cost?
Discovery is $1,500, and most projects cost $8,000 to $80,000. You get a fixed price in writing before the build starts. See pricing.
