Who we are
Sarasoris LLC, a Colorado limited liability company based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Questions about privacy go to hello@sarasoris.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. The contact form asks for your name, organization, a phone number or email address, and a message. If you email us, we receive whatever your email contains.
- Technical information. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. When someone asks for a page that does not exist, we log the address asked for, the page that linked to it and the browser type, so we can fix broken links. Cloudflare keeps those logs for us.
- Nothing for advertising. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
- Your own browser. The home page remembers, in your browser, whether you turned the 3D version on or off. That setting stays on your device until you clear this site’s data in your browser, and is not sent to us.
How we use it
- To reply to you and talk about your project
- To provide the services you hire us for, under a written agreement
- To keep the site working and secure
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it.
- Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Proton hosts our email.
Each processes information only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept as business correspondence for as long as they are useful for the conversation, the project and our records, and deleted on request unless we are required to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@sarasoris.com. We will answer within a reasonable time.
Client project data
Information in the apps we build for clients is governed by the agreement with each client. How we handle client data.
Children
This site is for businesses and nonprofits and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
