Subcontract web design
Website design for agencies, studios and developers who have sold a site and need it designed well, under their name.
For marketing and SEO agencies, branding studios and freelance developers. You keep the client relationship; we design the pages in Figma, ready for your team or ours to build.

Short answer. We design websites white-label for agencies and developers: a sitemap, wireframes, page designs for desktop and phone, and a Figma file your developers can build from. We work from your client’s brand and real content, join review calls under your name if you want, and never approach your clients. Rates are agreed in writing.
Has the client signed before you have a designer free?
- Your designer is booked, and the client wants to see a first look.
- You are a developer or an SEO firm, and design is the part you would rather hand off.
- The brand exists, but nobody has turned it into a website yet.
- Past freelancers delivered pretty pages that fell apart once real content went in.
What do you get from us?
- A sitemap and page wireframes, agreed before visual design starts
- Page designs for desktop and phone, drawn with your client’s real content wherever it exists
- Reusable sections and styles in Figma, so new pages can be put together without us
- Every state a visitor meets: open menus, forms with errors, empty search results, the 404 page
- Notes for whoever builds it: spacing, type sizes, colors and how each section reflows on a phone
- Images and icons exported, or a list of what still has to be shot or licensed
How do you design for search and for inquiries?
A website that looks right and brings in nobody is a hard thing to hand a client. We plan the page structure around what people search for, give every page one clear job and one clear next step, and design headings, copy blocks and calls to action that can carry real text, not placeholder Latin. Our case studies include a search-optimized website of 250 pages, built for search from the first page.
Who presents the designs to your client?
You decide. Most agencies present the work themselves and we stay out of sight. If it helps, we join the review call under your agency’s name, take the feedback and turn it into the next round. Either way, the rounds of changes are agreed in writing before we start, so the project does not drift.
Can you build the site as well?
Yes. If your team is short on development too, we build the site from the same designs; see subcontract web development. If your developers build it, we stay on hand to answer their questions and check the result against the designs before your client sees it.
Questions
Do you design in Figma?
Yes. You get the Figma file, organized into pages, sections and styles, and shared to your team’s account.
Can you work with our client’s brand guidelines?
Yes. We design inside the brand you have been given. If there are no guidelines, we can set out type, color and image rules for the site as part of the work.
Will the designs work on phones?
Yes. Every page is designed for phone and desktop, and we show how each section reflows between them.
Is this white-label?
Yes. The work goes out under your agency’s name. An NDA is signed before we see anything, and we never approach your clients.
How is web design priced?
By the project or by the hour, at a rate agreed in writing. Send us the brief and the pages the site needs, and we will reply with a price.
