SARASORIS

Subcontract web development

Your designs, built to match: fast, accessible websites and web apps for agencies and studios that have sold the work and need it shipped.

For design studios, marketing agencies and development teams with more signed projects than developers. We build in React and Next.js, front end to back end, in your repository and your process.

Short answer. We take approved designs and build them into production websites and web apps, white-label: responsive, accessible to WCAG, quick to load, with search basics built in. We handle the front end, the back end, forms, content editing and deployment, and hand back code your team can maintain. Rates are agreed in writing.

Is the build where your projects slip?

  • The design was approved and celebrated, then the build looked nothing like it.
  • Your developers are busy with retainer work, and new projects queue behind it.
  • Launch keeps moving because the last details never seem to end.
  • The client asks why the site is slow on a phone, and nobody has an answer.

What do we build?

  • Marketing websites and landing pages, from a handful of pages to several hundred
  • Web apps: client portals, dashboards, booking and ordering tools
  • Content editing, so your client’s team can change pages without a developer
  • Forms that reach the right inbox, with spam protection
  • Integrations with the services the site depends on, such as email, payments and CRMs
  • Hosting, domains and deployment, set up in your client’s accounts

How close to the design will it be?

As close as the browser allows. We build from the Figma file, not from screenshots: the same spacing, type and color, every state and screen size the designer drew, and sensible choices, checked with you, wherever the design is silent. Before handover we compare the build with the designs page by page, on phones and desktops, and fix what does not match.

What about speed, accessibility and search?

They are part of the build from the first page, not a pass at the end. Pages are built to load quickly on a phone connection, to work with a keyboard and a screen reader, and to meet WCAG. Every page gets proper headings, titles, descriptions, structured data and a sitemap entry. Our case studies include a search-optimized Next.js website of 250 pages.

Can you work on a site that already exists?

Yes. Plenty of agency work is a redesign, a new section or the rescue of a site another team started. We read the code first, follow its conventions, and tell you plainly what is worth keeping.

Questions

Which frameworks do you use?

React and Next.js for most websites and web apps, in TypeScript or JavaScript to match your codebase. If your project is on another stack, tell us which, and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.

Do you build the back end too?

Yes. We build APIs, databases, sign-in and integrations as well as the pages, so a web app can come to us whole.

Who deploys the site?

Whoever you prefer. We can deploy to your client’s hosting from your repository, or hand the finished build to your team to launch.

Do you test across browsers?

Yes. We test in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on phones and desktops, before handover.

How is web development priced?

By the project or by the hour, at a rate agreed in writing. Send the designs or the brief, and we will reply with a price.
