Custom software for Colorado staffing agencies
Workers, shifts, placements, timesheets and invoices in one app, so open shifts get filled quickly and payroll and billing come from the same hours.
For owners of light industrial, hospitality, healthcare, event and office staffing agencies. Your recruiters should be filling orders and building relationships, not texting fifty people to cover one shift.

Short answer. A custom app for a staffing agency matches workers to orders by skills, credentials, availability and distance, sends open shifts to the right people, and collects clock-ins and timesheets that clients approve. Approved hours flow to payroll and invoices. It fits agencies whose work does not suit Bullhorn, Avionté or JobDiva, or that only need one piece of them.
Is shift filling a wall of text messages?
- Recruiters text worker after worker to cover a shift, and then two people say yes.
- Availability lives in recruiters’ heads and phones.
- Certifications and onboarding paperwork expire without anyone noticing.
- Timesheets arrive as photos and spreadsheets, and every client approves them differently.
- Payroll and invoices are rebuilt from the same hours, and they do not always match.
What would the app do?
- Worker profiles with skills, credentials, availability and preferred locations
- Job orders from clients, matched to qualified, available workers
- Open shifts sent to the right workers first, who claim them from their phones
- Clock-in and clock-out at the job site, with location where you need it
- Timesheets that client supervisors approve online
- Approved hours exported to payroll and turned into invoices, from the same record
- Credential and onboarding document expiry reminders
Why not Bullhorn or Avionté?
Bullhorn, Avionté, JobDiva and similar systems are built for staffing and suit many agencies, and we will tell you if one fits yours. A custom app fits when your work does not match their shape: high-volume shift work with same-day fills, a niche with its own credentials, client approvals done your way, or a smaller agency that needs shift filling without a whole platform.
Does it connect to payroll?
Usually. Payroll providers such as ADP, Paychex and Gusto accept hours from other software, by connection or by file. We confirm what yours allows during Discovery.
How much does it cost to start?
Discovery is $1,500, and most projects cost $8,000 to $80,000. You get a fixed price in writing before the build starts. A common first piece is shift filling with worker availability; timesheets, approvals and invoicing come next. See pricing, or get a rough range from the cost estimator.
Questions
Do workers have to download an app?
No. Workers claim shifts and clock in from the phone’s browser. An App Store and Google Play app costs extra.
Can clients approve timesheets?
Yes. Each client supervisor gets a page to review and approve their workers’ hours.
Can it connect to QuickBooks?
Usually. QuickBooks Online lets other software send it customers, invoices and payments. We confirm what you need during Discovery.
Do we pay per worker?
No. There is no per-user or per-worker license from Sarasoris. Hosting is paid directly to the provider and is usually $50 to $200 a month.
