Custom dispatch app for field-service companies
Send the right crew to the right job, put the job details on their phones, and let customers know when you are coming.
For trades and service crews: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, inspections, property maintenance and construction.

Short answer. A dispatch app gives the office a live board of jobs and crews and puts job details, photos and sign-off on each crew’s phone, with arrival texts to customers. Jobber or Housecall Pro suit most small home-service companies; a custom app fits when your work does not. You get a fixed price in writing after Discovery.
Is dispatch still run by phone and whiteboard?
- Jobs are assigned by phone, and only one person can see the whole day.
- A crew finishes early and sits idle because dispatch does not know.
- Customers call to ask when someone is arriving, and you have to call the truck to find out.
- Job notes, photos and signatures live on paper until someone types them in.
- Nobody can say how long jobs really take or how often you go back.
What does a dispatch app do?
- A live board of jobs, crews and vehicles for the office
- Job details on the crew's phone, with photos, checklists, notes and sign-off
- Arrival texts to the customer
- Time on site and parts used, recorded on the job
- Quotes that turn into scheduled jobs
- A daily report of jobs done, time on site and call-backs
Why not Jobber or Housecall Pro?
Jobber, Housecall Pro and similar products are good, affordable choices for standard home-service work, and we will tell you so. A custom app is worth it when your jobs, pricing or compliance do not fit their shape, when you need it to connect to systems they do not, or when user limits and per-user add-ons start to add up across a larger crew.

How much does it cost to start?

Questions
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Crews use it in the browser on any iPhone or Android phone, and the office uses the web version. An App Store and Google Play app for both costs extra.
Can it work where there is no signal?
Yes. The crew's app can be built to keep working offline and send everything when it reconnects.
Can it connect to QuickBooks?
Usually. QuickBooks Online lets other software send it customers, invoices and payments. We confirm what you need during Discovery.
Do we pay per user?
No. There is no per-user license from Sarasoris. Hosting is paid directly to the provider and is usually $50 to $200 a month.
