#### Can cleaners use it on their phones?

Yes. It runs in the browser on any iPhone or Android phone. An App Store and Google Play app costs extra.

#### Can owners log in?

If you want them to. Each owner sees their own homes, statements and the work done on them.

#### Do you work with managers in the mountain towns?

Yes. We meet in person in Colorado Springs and work by video everywhere else, from Summit County to the San Juans.

#### Do we pay per property?

No. There is no per-user or per-property license from Sarasoris. Hosting is paid directly to the provider and is usually $50 to $200 a month.
