### Is dispatch a whiteboard and a phone?

- Loads come in by email and phone and are tracked on a whiteboard or a spreadsheet.

### Does it replace our ELD?

No. Hours of service still belong in a registered ELD such as Motive or Samsara, which most fleets already run. The app can read truck locations and engine hours from them where their systems allow it, and handle the dispatch, paperwork, maintenance and billing they do not.

### Why not a trucking management system?

TruckingOffice, Rose Rocket, Axon and similar systems suit many fleets, and we will tell you if one fits yours. A custom app fits when your work does not match theirs: dedicated routes, local delivery with many stops, hauling billed by the ton or the yard, or trucking alongside another service you run under the same roof.

### Questions

#### Can drivers use it on their own phones?

Yes. It runs in the browser on any iPhone or Android phone. An App Store and Google Play app costs extra.

#### Does it work where there is no signal?

Yes. The driver app can be built to keep working over mountain passes and rural stretches and send everything when it reconnects.

#### Can it connect to QuickBooks?

Usually. QuickBooks Online lets other software send it customers, invoices and payments. We confirm what you need during Discovery.

#### Do we pay per truck or per driver?

No. There is no per-user or per-truck license from Sarasoris. Hosting is paid directly to the provider and is usually $50 to $200 a month.
