# Custom Software & Apps, Colorado Springs | Sarasoris URL: https://sarasoris.com/ ## Give Dinosaur Systems an Upgrade Custom software and app development for companies and nonprofits that have outgrown spreadsheets: one app, on phone and web, built around the way your team works. Based in Colorado Springs. [Contact Us](https://sarasoris.com/contact) ### Some of the dinosaur systems we upgrade ### The Spreadsheet The first one we usually meet It started as a quick fix and ended up running the place. It holds every number you have, and getting a straight answer out of it takes an afternoon. It was never built to carry this much, and it is starting to show. ### The Clipboard Usually found out in the field Every shift, visit and signature goes on paper. It never needs charging. Then someone back at the office types it all in again, and that someone has better things to do. ### The Old Database The one nobody wants to touch Someone built it years ago and has since moved on. It knows what you have and where it is, as long as nobody asks it anything new. Nobody wants to be the one who breaks it. Software should fit the way you work. Not the other way around. ### One app for the way your team actually works Most organizations we meet have the same three problems, kept in three different places. #### People and schedules Who is working when, and did everyone get the message?[People and schedules, in detail](https://sarasoris.com/services#people-and-schedules) #### Things and inventory What do we have, where is it, and what do we need?[Inventory and quoting, in detail](https://sarasoris.com/services#things-and-inventory) #### Reporting and visibility How are we actually doing?[Reporting, in detail](https://sarasoris.com/services#reporting-and-visibility) Start with the one that hurts most. You use it; we correct it. - 3 #### Deploy Your data is moved and your staff are trained, on site in Colorado Springs or by video elsewhere. The old system stays on standby. - 4 #### Outcomes Supported live running, a results report and full documentation. ### Pricing Most projects cost between $8,000 and $80,000. You get a fixed price in writing at the end of Discovery, before you commit to the build. Discovery itself is $1,500. Each project is paid half when you approve the plan and half at launch. Support is offered after launch. Write to hello@sarasoris.com. [Full pricing, in plain English](https://sarasoris.com/pricing). ### Case Studies Three recent projects for TogetherWON: a fitness app for seniors, a product video made while the app was still being built, and a 250-page website built for search. [Read the case studies](https://sarasoris.com/case-studies). #### Senior Fitness App UI, UX and frontend for TogetherWON, a fitness app made for older adults. User research, wireframes, interface design, and testing with the people who would use it. #### Custom App Video A polished video showing how an app works, made while the app was still in development, so the company could gather feedback from its users early. #### Search-Optimized Website A 250-page website for TogetherWON, built for search from the first page: structured data on every page, local pages, in-depth guides and free self-tests, ready for Google and AI assistants. ### Ready to upgrade your dinosaur systems?
