## Accessibility

Last reviewed October 1, 2026. We want everyone to be able to use this site, and we build client apps to the same standard.

### Our goal

This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

### What we have done

- All content is real text in the page. The 3D scenes are decoration and are hidden from screen readers.
- The home page opens in a plain version first, and the plain version is always available.
- If your device asks for reduced motion, the scroll-driven camera and animation are switched off.
- A skip link, headings in order, labeled form fields and descriptive link text
- The site is built to work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.

### Known limits

- The 3D journey and the Mars rover are optional extras. Driving the rover needs a keyboard or touch controls.
- Older browsers without WebGL see a simpler illustration instead of the 3D scene.

### How we checked

This is a self-assessment by Sarasoris, using automated checks and manual testing with a keyboard.
